Group Classes — A Living Practice
All-levels classes, never the same twice, where breath and sensation lead the way. Connected to our senses, we unfold together through a dynamic sequence — a rendezvous with yourself, in gentleness. A suspended moment.
Classes take place Sunday mornings in Bouyon, in the quiet beauty of the Nice hinterland, and Thursday evenings by the sea, beneath the palm trees in Saint-Laurent-du-Var.
No need to book — just show up. And if you have a question or want to get in touch first, a message is all it takes.


Private Sessions — At Home or Online
A practice built around you — your body, your goals, your pace. Whether you want to work on something specific, progress gently, or simply have a space that's entirely your own, private sessions adapt to where you are right now.
We move forward at your rhythm, when it suits you.

Workplace Yoga
Bringing yoga into the workplace means offering your teams a genuine moment to pause — to decompress, refocus, and return to their work with more clarity and energy.
It's something I had the chance to develop in Tokyo, and I'm glad to bring it here, to the French Riviera and beyond. Each programme is tailored to your team and your constraints, in person or online.

Energy Healing
Reiki · Prana Healing · Vibro-Acoustic Massage
Energy Healing work gently across the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual planes — encouraging deep relaxation, easing stress and restoring inner balance.
Vibro-Acoustic Massage, offered in person only, uses sound and vibration to invite a profound release of the nervous system — dissolving tension, rebalancing energy, and settling into a state of deep presence and calm.
Reiki and Prana Healing sessions are available at home or remotely.

Wellness Retreats

Timeless pauses, chosen for the singular character of their setting — a hilltop village in the Drôme, the Lérins Islands off the coast of Cannes, the forests of Corrèze this autumn. Each place carries its own energy, and that energy shapes the theme.
Yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindful eating: practices woven together at the rhythm of the stay, open to all levels, to nourish the body, quiet the mind and come back to yourself.
